A traffic exchange is a system where advertisers earn 'credits' viewing ads of other members, so that their ads can be shown. The process of viewing is called 'surfing', and the viewers are called 'surfers'.

Our software provides a huge number of features, compared to our competitors, and is middle-of-the road priced. Over 100 licenses have been sold in 4+ years, and there are over 40 active sites as of August, 2008.

A downline system is a system where advertisers promote their site widely by referring other people. Banner Ads must be viewed before a new 'free' member can join.

The prototype site is running, and has nearly 500 active members. This software will be for license in late August, 2008.

VS-Dir: Our Directory Software |

A directory system allows the licensor to offer 'directory listings' for free, or for a fee (or both) to other website owners who want to improve their own site's visibility.

The original VariSearch.com was a similar site, and will carry the update to VS-Dir first.
VS-Dir will be available for license in late August, 2008.
